BTSK9 Dog Boarding

Our Boarding Program is a state of the art space and program designed with every dogs situation in mind. Dogs in the program must pass a 10 minute temperament test with one of our trainers before booking. This is done through a scheduled free consultation. This test screens for the ability for the trainer to handle the dog safely during their stay. Our program is unique. We board all breeds and all dogs to include dogs with behavioral problems that cannot board in other facilities such as animal reactivity, anxiety, and working dogs. Since the dogs will be with a professional dog trainer understanding dog behavior they will be given individualized attention rather than group unsupervised play. 

We service all of Fort Walton Beach, FL and surrounding areas.

Dog must pass a 10 minute temperament test conducted by one of our trainers as well as have a copy in hand of current required vaccines.

The Space

Comfy, Cozy, & Safe

Our boarding kennels provide a quiet large suite space for each dog. This space is inside our 12,500 sq foot facility with AC and Heat separate from our training kennels. Each space is designed as an individual 5×6 room for each dog with stainless steel wall barriers between dogs for safety and sanitization. Outside areas are turfed to reduce allergens and easier sanitization. Safety is our first priority at BTS K9 and our hours are staffed 6:30am to 9:00pm and 24/7 for monitoring. The dogs schedule begins at 6:30am and activities end at 8:00pm for bedtime. Dogs will enter and exit the kennel for potty breaks and enrichment activities throughout the day, not just left in an indoor-outdoor run. Our staff will provide one daily update at no additional cost through our personal App designed for client communication.

We accept dogs on raw diets and special diets and can maintain a normal medication regiment if needed. Unique requests and options should be discussed with your trainer at the consultation.

We love Coastline K9! From speaking with Byron on the phone and in-person, we felt confident leaving our 1-year-old German shepherd in their care for a 30-day board and train. Elena was thorough with our check-in, gave us a tour, and spoke with us in-depth about our training goals and areas of focus. We received photos and videos during his stay through a Slack channel and were able to chat directly with his trainers. On pick-up day, we spend 3ish hours with Keturah to see Ghost's training, his vast improvements, and learned ourselves how to continue working with him. She even brought us to Lowe's to train in public with distractions and her own dog as well, so we could see how good Ghost was walking with another dog.
